A Quiet Prayer features gentle renditions of well-loved hymns, with the hope that each feels like a quiet prayer. Each hymn, drawn from the Christian Science Hymnal, brings comfort and healing. The album includes three hymns with words by Mary Baker Eddy as well as several hymns that also appear in other Christian denominational hymnals.

This album is dedicated to my children, to whom I sing these hymns, and to my Dad, who would have greatly enjoyed hearing me sing them.
